    Hi Steven,

I think your last one is a DOD contract. NCED is (I believe) the National Center for Employment of the Disabled, a large corporation that has carried several hundred million dollars in federal contracts. Apparently it is now called ReadyOne Industries Inc. I know Goodwill Industries has also carried some Federal clothing contracts in the past.

    Cheers,

    Eric

Yeah, it's definitly a legit Gov't contract. This is a little off topic, but the Lions Center for the Blind has carried out a lot of contracts on Helmet covers, both BDU and DCU. I don't know whether they still have a standing contract. If you're not familiar with the Lions Center for the Blind, they mostly sell handmade brooms at restraunts and stores.
