Here is some of my French TAP web gear. Still looking for the rest. I am not sure what the nylon green pouch is. I'm guessing it is for the F1 gear, but what gun? Anyone know? Never seen it in use.

Re: French TAP Web Gear
The nylon pouch is a carry-over, I believe, for the MAT-49 SMG, to be used with the F1 gear. Any examples I have seen are unissued, so these probably didn't see much use.
The TAP webbing is a broad field, with quite a few different pieces, and lots of sub-variants, as pieces were updated over the years. A good overview is offered in the book Les Paras Francais en Indochine, by Eric Adam and Patrice Pivetta.

Dang, I should dig mine out so you can tell me what I have! I know I have a grenade leg pouch as well as other bits of cloth gear. I also have both black and brown leather kit too.

Re: French TAP Web Gear
I have a copy of an old French army study of the early 1960s that compares the wear-patterns and functionality of the leather (TTA) and webbing (TAP) field gear. The army continued to use leather for a long time for most branches except the airborne forces because it was much longer lasting, and could be issued over and over. Why the airborne troops needed canvas webbing I can't recall.

I will check it out. Is that better than the Algeria one?

I haven't seen the one on Algeria, but the Indochina book is fairly comprehensive.

Here is a recycled/modified US GI carbine magazine pouch that could be used either with TAP or TTA gear (the D-ring allows use with the leather belt and suspenders).
