Is this a Moldovian Beret ??? I cant seem to find the eagle with 2 swords anywhere and it does not have the cross in its beak , am I totally off ????

OK after looking it may be Romanian , which is great !! now to find out which service branch , the pin matches a Para Beret online , but the color was maroon , not black.
