    Was watching this pouch on Ebay as somewhere I have a near identical pouch and its made of more of a canvas type material and not the regular type webbing that 44 Patt stuff is made of.

    Any thoughts or ideas please?

    It is different from normal, for sure, in terms of the material and hardware and markings.

    It has a NSN and 99 is the UK country code. You would have to assume that it was made after the UK adopted the NSN system. Maybe 70s?
