Flektarn Webbing Questions.

Not really into the Flektarn side of things(prefer the older olive clothing etc) but over the years seem to have picked up various bits and bobs of various Flektarn webbing so thought may as well try to put together a set but have no idea what Im doing.

Does anyone please have any period pics or links of what im aiming for-early 90s am guessing and also,what type of waterbottle and carrier would have been used with a set of that period please?

It is the same canteen set as before, but there was a carrier into which the whole thing was placed. You need basically the belt, suspenders, breadbag, shovel carrier, canteen carrier, and which ammunition pouches are desired. I have spares of most pieces.

Of interest is a belt I found not long ago where the soldier (W. Holzhei) had marked the exact position of each piece of kit:





From left to right: MZ (Mehrzweck/general purpose bag or bread bag), Spaten (folding shovel), Flasche (canteen), ABC (respirator carrier), and M (magazine pouch - only one worn in this instance).

What I have is belt,yoke,2 small ammo pouches,e tool pouch,small green butt type pack and 2 plain utility type pouches.And somewhere Im sure a holster.

What do you mean by utility pouches? Perhaps these are actually the canteen holders?
