    Parachute badges need help

Post by Solideo on Mon Jul 11, 2016 6:56 pm

Hi, recently I got a pack with a dealer wich included a old Spanish Africa-Civil War I was interested in but...also came with a 21 para wings of several countries.

I have no idea about para foreigners para wings, some of them are marked like comando and the countries are: Peru, Ecuador, Santo Domingo, Romania, República Dominicana, Colombia, Mexico

Does anyone know about any web where I can get some info ofthat? Thanks

This is a very specialized area of collecting, especially determining if the items are real or fake. I think if you posted a picture of the badges on this forum you would have answers very quickly. At least for most. The best thing is to put numbers or letters next to each one so the answers can match the pictures exactly.

The wings with FAE and colour centres are Ecuadorian Air Force jumpmaster wings

I dont think the Colombian  Caida Libre wing is indeed Freefall..Looks more like a regular navy wing as is the one above it.   The one below is a basic wing.
