I think it looks cooler than multicam. On bright side, no airsofters have yet to use it. Laughing

Guys we saw the Mirage pattern on Lightfighter forums. I believe that it is a combination of several of the people on Lightfighter who developed this pattern, but Dom Hyde would know more about it. It is extremely versatile in sandy and brushy areas of A-stan. Cool Bruce

They also went with Czech/Polish para style pockets on the tops of the thighs. Personally, I've never seen that as a good thing.

Resurrecting an old thread..  Don't really think of this set as fake or commercial...

This one  is a bit different from  the set Phillip posted...Especially the blouse...Sorry about posting so many photos but this set has so many features I barely scratched the surface.
Blouse has  nylon straps   used as a cod piece/ cinching system. Trousers have backwards facing cargo pockets like some older Paraclete trousers ...

I find this set to be well made and the camo effective ( at least in the forests of NY State )...Definitely more effective than UPC...

The colors remind me of the brown pattern  Spanish M61 amoebas ..

    Alex,

Feels like bumpy cordura on elbow and knee pads...They also work as pockets that contain padding..

    Just a fantastic product..

This is definitely a beautiful set! But how to classify it?!? As far as I know not a single military force used this pattern except, maybe, for some individuals in the special forces community (not US as far as I know). I know the US Army tested a couple of sets for the UCP replacement program in and around 2012, but it's doubtful the sets circulating around came from there. Odds are against it.

Still, this stuff was made in small quantities as far as I know and I'm sure they were made to get a military contract. As Rip said, just way too much going on with these things.

I have something else with the bumpy cordura. Hmmm... Australian PLATATAC? Yeah, I think that's the one.
