Whoa! I've never seen that before! Looks like it is contemporary Border Guards. I say this because the date appears to be 2013, the left arm is setup to take Border Guard rank, the snaps are the same as on the field uniform, and generally conforms to standard uniform features.
I like it!

Its a cool jacket! Bought it from a Hungarian guy on the fleamarket near my
town(close to the Hungarian border). He also had matching trousers and a baret but they were fu....ed up!.
The jacket seems to be directly from the warehouse and not really worn.....
First I thought its a tanker jacket or maybe helo crew.....And there must be also a liner for the jacket because it has velcro on the inner side. The arms have also strange zippers beginning at the cuffs.

Just checked and apparently it is commercial. The company was founded in 1991 and tried to make money from the commercial market and went out of business in 1996. So I guess that label doesn't include a date
It's possible this company tried to get the Hungarian government to purchase them. The velcro is suspicious.

I just asked a former schoolfriend who is from Hungary and also collecting
stuff, and he said the jackets were made for the Border Guards for trial but
they didn't purchased many of them.Maybe they were worn for a short time??

Just found some earplugs and remains of some kind
of ammunition wrap in one of the front pockets. So I was
wrong with unused. I think there are two options: maybe it was worn by
some government person or someone lik a civilian, hunter etc.

One of my Hungarian friends said he's never seen this for sale or in another collection. After thinking about it some more he agrees there's a good chance that the company made these for border guards, either hoping to get a contract or hoping to sell enough directly to make a profit. Since the company went out of business in 1996 I think we can assume their plans did not work

I also think that they made them in small numbers for the
government and maybe they tested it,(because of the earplugs and the ammunition wrap).
Afaik the border guards stopped wearing camo in the 90ies
maybe thats a reason the company broke down....

Looks like you have yourself a very interesting experimental piece Tamas (who is our #1 Hungarian militaria expert) says he spoke with the head of the company that made your jacket. This was some time ago in connection with another item. The guy said they never made anything in camouflage for the civilian market but did make some experimental items for the Hungarian government. Tamas suspects this could be intended for a special police unit because of the style of the jacket.
Note that there are two kinds of trials items. There are the ones that are part of an official government program where the government asks manufactures to submit items (either general or to very strict specifications) for consideration. The other is when a company makes something on their own and then tries to get the government to purchase it. My guess is your jacket is the second type. I say this because it appears even the most advanced and knowledgable Hungarian collectors have never seen a jacket like this.

Cool that you found that out, Steve! So I guess I
should try to get the other
one, the Hungarian guy had!
Maybe I see him again this weekend at the flea market.
I was afraid it could be some commercial piece....

Those berets are quite rare. You should be able to find the correct badge for it because it was used by more than just the TESZ. In fact, there's one on eBay now:
