Re: UNEXPECTED
Fantastic! Crazy... I was just talking about this uniform an hour ago. Congratulations on getting a piece of this, because we all know how rare it is. Being in Belgium doesn't make it any easier!
This is one of the few uniforms I would get into a knife fight on eBay for the honor of having one. It has been on my camo bucket list for more than 20 years. I've got two sets of trousers, no smock
My spare trousers are in fantastic condition, but the original inside pockets were sliced out and replaced with Vietnam era Tiger Stripe cloth. I suspect someone used the original pockets to patch a smock.

Re: UNEXPECTED
thanks kansimba. But can you give a link of that video? There a lot of suchs videos.
But I also have my questions about the helmet. Helmets and other such equipment were normal of the unit and had to return to the QM after use. And the command badge was only allowed to be worn on the uniform. It may be that this was done by the soldier himself, but then his officer would have been very angry. I also once asked a collector of that kind of material and he thinks it's more of a handiwork. I don't say this because I don't like it, but because I want to be sure of what I've got because I like to have some evidence about such things. But I'm always willing to learn ...

Re: UNEXPECTED
hi, for the documentary, you' have to look after, I ddin't save it in my links. For the helemt, it's hand made, I never seet it before. I present the items to belgian korean collector. I thought it was just a customized helmet by the soldier. he explains me that this camouflage with these insignia was done in korea war by belgian soldier, by soldier who came from the 2 commando bataillon. maybe yes, maybe not, I don't know, it's just a given information by belgian korean collector. the two items come from the same place, so ....
