The answer is... lots 
Traditionally they used 6 color desert variants for security services, three color desert for the armed forces. Since then there's been a bunch of different digital patterns.

Even though I've bowed out of collecting stuff from this part of the world, for some reason I'm still trying to keep in touch with all the new stuff they churn out. It's a great time to collect "new stuff" since it seems every month there's an entirely new pattern out there
