Maybe the badging is French, the shirt isn't I would say.

after some research I found out the rank slides are french, too ... 'Caporal-chef de première classe' ... I am still puzzled about the camo, though ... did the french ever wear DPM? I'd go with Alex' thoughts, it does look romanian, the cut defo is ... strange, very strange

This shirt reminds me a lot of a Dutch HBT/OD shirt. Maybe the shirt is supposed to be for Dutch Marinir?

Unless I am seeing things, there appears to be two hole above the right pocket that look like they could be for a French para brevet ( wings ).
