Thrift/Oxfam Camo pants find, French style

I got these some time ago from an Oxfam store. They are large regular sized ( equivalent ), sewn together with blue and green cotton inside. No tags or stamps other than 38 wrote in pen, this could be the oxfam sorted size because of the lack of tags etc..

They look French with a crude TAP style cargo pocket that is snap/button/velcro less, it has nothing to keep it closed.

They cost me £2.99

Hmmm... for some reason that looks familiar to me, but I can't quite place it. Definitely not French, that's for sure. Hard to say if it is straight commercial, commercial and used in Africa, or contract piece for a specific African country.

In my opinion the camo pattern looks to horizontal for being Portuguese...

Possibly Greek? Im thinking Greek looks close, or maybe South American? I dont think french has that lime green,
