NIIICE...I cant wait till this stuff slowly snakes its way onto the net and into my hands! I like the look of it, its almost like a sort of VERY rough digital tigerstripe effect, with the horizontal slashes of darker color.

That's a very neat pattern, indeed.

US should be embarrassed. Austria now have coolest pattern than US.

I like how the desert set reminds me of tiger stripe. Good pics Philip! Thanks for posting.

As a Marines friend of mine was reminding me over some beers tonight! But at least he has more harsh things to say about the Air Force uniform than the Army Wink

    Excelent,
Does that mean they will super surplus the older camo, how do they do it there GOV surplus auctions too.
It is rumored Canada is asking for design concepts for a new pattern
    also.

There are some gov't surplus sales/auctions but I don't know if they sell a lot of KAZ03 items. And no, I don't think the older KAZ03 in OD will be sold in big amounts because the Austrian army will continue to wear OD. The digi camo is just for Jakdo. I heard it will also be used for peacekeeping missions. At least for now.

I've just read that the new camo will NOT be used on peacekeeping missions.

What is the current assignment for these uniforms? Still a few hand picked units testing them, or has it gone beyond that?

Come to think of it, I haven't seen the hats either! I guess it is one of those items soldiers like to keep for civilian use.

Hey, merry Xmas, Steve! Maybe one of your Austrian contacts can find them?
