Cheers both were worn in NZ ive seen a well known Kiwi soldier wearing one in a recruiting ad in the 80S and the red D in the trouser label means it came out of NZ Army disposals.

I wouldn't say 'matched' Raff. The colours look like 2 of the 3 different colourings. I've only ever seen the trousers in that set of tones. The pair i have currently are the same as has every other pair i've ever owned. Jackets seem to be in 3 different colours.

Cheers was a good find a guy was thinning his collection. Base one its a Samoan fine mat in common use to all Lapita decedents in the Pacific i grew up using them as furniture Im not sure about the Philippines but theyare highly prized and used as gifts in marriages and funerals like tapa.

Oh i see, here in our country it is our native sleeping mat, even soldiers here assigned or operates in the jungles carry this one as his sleeping mat.
