    Hello,
    Here is an interesting patch, for the Saudi Arabian Navy, it appears modeled after US rates (like thier Navy), but unfortunatly I can't find the exact rank or specialty due to it's obscurity but I'd be willing to bet that the specialty is electrician or radio operator. It's embriodered on twill, and a lot more stripes than a US rate. Enjoy.
