looks like a M1 helmet cover , probably Korea vintage U.S. , but I am just guessing .

as far as I know it`s USMC helmet cover with mosquito net, some claim it`s for snipers but who knows

This is USMC cover. It was used throughly from WWII to Vietnam. Yes, even Vietnam.
