Well I have had this patch for a while now and I got it with about 2,000 other patches from a usaf guy that traded patches and also bought them the whole time he was in the usaf so this one I still have no clue what it is or means but looks to be some type of ARVN patch due to the skull wearing a black beret with a green flash and is made of a very light and fragile cloth material. Any help would help me out a lot.
