Early Fleece Jacket - Experimental??

Hey guys,
I got this at the local Goodwill. They have 4 more of them, all X-Small size. I've never seen anything like this, anyone else seen any of these? It's got a zipper down the middle and has hand pockets on the front (almost like a hoodie). The pockets towards the top of the jacket are velcro closure. The jacket is actually darker than this but the flash made it a bit brighter. It has reinforced shoulders, front, and sleeves and velcro tighteners on the sleeve cuffs. The tag is really big. And if anyone wants one, let me know. They're $6.00.

Cold weather units got these I think.. There are tri-wall boxes of them out here.. Nothing overly rare or spaecial at all. Hard to get rid of too..

they are good to wear when cold but are worthless I have my own I wear during the winter

A local tactical gear depot in my area had SCADS of these things (plus the pants to go with) for $5 a set during their "Open to the public end of Spring cleanout"/open house sale. Guess they couldn't sell them, either.
