Doesn't mean I don't want it Very Happy

Putting petty bickering aside (hehe), I think it's interesting that the pattern has changed. With so few clear pictures of this I didn't notice that another color was added and the other colors apparently swapped around. It would be interesting to see if the same pattern is being used, but with changes as to which colors applied to which shapes. And the earlier pattern perhaps simply had a color missing, as is what the Lithuanians did for their 1st Pattern Desert vs. their 2nd Pattern Desert.

Looking at the pictures there is 2 versions , a 3 color and a 4 color , the 3 color looks like it was earlier .
The pic shown earlier with the combat type shirt looks like the same pattern as my set .

Is the cloth really heavy duty, or is it more-or-less standard weight ripstop? The Lithuanians used a heavier cloth for their earlier desert and the 1st Model Iraqi uniforms.

FINALLY was able to find a set of the Lithuanian made Iraqi SF set. I know these were used by the Iraqi 36 Commando unit. This has been on my "grail" list for a long time.

This set came from a USSF advisor.

Congrats!  I had an earlier made jacket and a hat, both before most people knew what this pattern was.  Saw more recent trousers and got the snot beaten out of me when I tried to win it.  The later type has brighter colors from what I can tell.

The cloth is the same odd type used by Lithuanian 1st and 2nd model Desert uniforms. Pretty much same colors as well.

Thanks, sir. I have looked for this pattern for years and could never seem to find a set.

I think your assessment about the brighter colored versions being later issue is spot on.
