Sorry, but it's fake beret.
Special Forces brigade of Internal troops patch here and something like maroon (bloody) beret. This beret is the think of the highest qualification soldier of the Internal troops and Police Special Forces (not used in Army). And before dress it you may take very difficulty examination. So this beret never used with this badge and small (flag) patch.
This badge (metal) used for winter cap and others, but never - for berets.
on the last photo you can see olive beret - this is beret for the soldiers and officers of the Special Forces brigade of the Internal Troops.
For maroon beret they usually used Army officers metal hatbadge
