No idea to be honest and i never take military sizing seriously as no matter what is on the label they can vary vastly.
In "real" terms im a skinny chap,38"" chest,height approx 5 foot 10.
Chest wise over a t shirt is snug,smock length in the body ok but the sleeves are a bit short.
