Looks like a cross over between the standard Swedish uniform M90 and the light version M90L.
Tag looks legit, also the stiching. I would bet a prototype for the M90L.
The "butt flap bag" on the uniform started to turn up in the later versions of the M90.

Hello, I own a similar jacket, fully crown marked and with patches, labelled 1998.
All previous 'vintages' does not have the lower back pockets.
