Soviet M88 Cut uniform, please help me with this one!

I got this uniform about 3 years ago, without knowing what it is!

Please take a look at it, I think it might be from 90's Kazakhstan, but I've never seen any picture of it in use.



Maybe the professionals on this board can help me!

Soviet/Early Russian camo. Similar to Butan, I don't know, how it's called. One guy has a body-armor in this camo.
