    I never knew the MTP boonies had neck flaps in them.

    Yeah these neck protectors are velcro attached, I guess most sqauddies ditch these, as they look a bit stupid, I was lucky to find one from my "source" Wink

    Yup, back to 100%, thanks. Although had my hat had a sun flap I might have fared a bit better. Laughing

    That was my next question, if it was permanently attached or not. Because of the price of MTP, a boonie will probably be my first bit of kit in this pattern!

    Hmmm, no label to me means either commercial or MOD issue which has been de-labelled, but I have yet to see any de-labelled versions,so I will go with the commercial theory.

    Could be a kamogrom or similar make, they are a very close match pattern wise with genuine MTP to be fair.
