Does anyone recognize this "antelope" pattern camo shirt?

Does anyone recognize this pattern?
I was thinking one of the central African countries.
The antelope head is worked in the design over and over.
No maker tags or stamps

I've never seen anything like it. The cut of the jacket is that of a safari hunting jacket, so my guess is this is a commercial garment.

It's funky looking though!
