Nice i just got a brand new still has the tags on them.I kind of like these ,theyve grown on me .better than the acu i think.

As far as I know there are two types out there. The 2009 was the first issue and it has DEFENDER tags on the new ones (just like the old UCP-FR). These were apparently the ones sent off to Afghanistan for testing alongside of UCP-D. They have the same contract numbers as UCP-D, in fact.
Everything else is dated 2010 and later with different contract numbers and the insect guard stuff. No DEFENDER tags on them as far as I have seen.
