Hello, Im looking for a fair condition British Military DPM Basha, I will be useing this in the field so Im not asking for anything fancy, as long as its in usable condition Ill be happy. The reason I havent yet ordered one from one of the many websites that sells them in the UK us because of the shipping costs. Anyways PM me or reply to this thread if you can help me out. Thanks

Tyler,i have one but as you have already mentioned, the shipping costs would probably be very expensive.

Re: BRITISH ARMY DPM BASHA
Hello, If you would be willing to sell it for a reduced rate (as in not like $70 Cdn) Then I might be able to scrimp up enough for the shipping See the problem is that they cost around 35 GBP new (as far as I have found) and then the shipping is usually around 80 GBP. If you were to sell this, what would you be asking?

Re: BRITISH ARMY DPM BASHA
I will have to dig it out and check its condition etc.
Its used(got it off an ex squaddie) a few years back and have never taken it out of its carrying sack for fear of not being able to re pack it!!!

Re: BRITISH ARMY DPM BASHA
Tyler, shipping will be no more than £10. A used basha in good nick around £25-£35. I can give you the contacts of someone who can help and who takes credit cards as he's a surplus dealer.
PM me if interested.
Oh, he can also do desert DPM ones too.

Re: BRITISH ARMY DPM BASHA
Should get a chance to dig out the basha tomorrow but from memory wasnt lightweight so doubt postage would be £10 to Canada but will be in touch tomorrow and i might even remove it from the carry sack-wish me luck

Re: BRITISH ARMY DPM BASHA
Just dug out the basha, still not sure as to take it out as its been stuffed in tightly so guess i will have to check for condition etc.
As i thought though,no way will £10 cover the postage-ive just weighed it and UNBOXED etc it weighs in at 1085grammes and checking on the Royal Mail Postage prices unboxed the cheapest way is £13.14 by Airmail Small Packets so will be more after adding the weight of a box or jiffy bag etc so definitely not £10 im afraid.
