It's a school uniform for kids and teenagers.
Some schools specialise in defence or border guard studies subjects for high school education. Students wear these uniforms on camps. It is kind of like school cadets.

That is SO COOL! You get to play with guns, run around in the woods, AND meet hot chicks! Kinda makes Boy Scouts look rather stupid by comparison

The beret seems to be the standard green army beret issued to all army personell that are not to wear other colors.
Green = Army
Gray = GROM ( special forces )
Crimson ( red ) = Military Police
Black = Tank sub units and some military scool
Deep red = Paras and territorial units.
Blue = Coastal defence
Those are some of the colors used on berets.
The insignia itself i am not sure of, have to ask my wife as she is Polish...

I'm with you on this one. On the other hand it's a nice form of getting those new generations a bit of responsability. There was a saying here in Portugal that quotes more like this "Eat well to be strong so when you come of age go to the army and become a man"

As it was mentioned before, it is school uniform. It is not any of army patterns. Beret is same as infantry is using.
Label inside this uniform says that typical use is in industry and agriculture for hard work. So it looks like some company, normally making working clothes, got "contract" from school to make these uniforms.
