    Interesting ... AFAIK sleeve pockets such as these weren't introduced for DPCU until the 'Land 125' cut, even though this is the initial cut for 3rd Pattern DPDU. Looks like this may have been a custom modification - or something I have not come across before ...

    Im thinking the sleeve pockets came off an earlier shirt because the fabric is different. From the looks of it, it wouldnt be hard to do. An interesting piece no the less.
