The jackets have a very high quality and and your's with a hood. I think that is not so common.

If you look directly opposite the pop stud, at the rear of the jacket, you will see an elastic cord.
The loop with the strap/pop stud wraps around the elastic cord to cinch down the jacket, like the tail piece on a jump smock..

Nice one! IIRC that is a homeguard badge on the sleeve. Most often I see these with the flag missing, so good to see that there as well.
