Yeah, these are very prevalent with surplus stores. In fact, they always have a very early or late date on them, and always called a Combat Cap. Normally they do not say MADE IN USA.

In every color imaginable (including night desert). I think I have even seen the purple camo with this kind of tag. It's actually quite ammusing. In fact, I was actually thinking about getting one of these (night camo) for my Desert Storm impression...

you'll find lots of "IP" on new real deal stuff too. anyway... i like this cap. too bad there are no official night desert caps or boonies...

yes, US too. bdus or vn jungle uniforms (i have some mint/near mint pieces) for example.

Maybe I should have been more specific in saying that they had excessive IP's, soldiers are supposed to remove IP's and if left they would be a demerit in an inspection.
