    Brilliant stuff! I didn't know there was a winter (non-ripstop) uniform. Is there a field shirt as well as the trousers and jacket?

    And that looks like Italian rank on the right sleeve of the field jacket. Someone had fun badging it Smile

    First uniform for SAF were made from non-ripstop material. Somewhere around year 2000...made a new summer one from ripstop material.
    Winter desert uniforms are whitout non-ripstop shirts. We use ordinary ripstop
