Patches needing Identifying please!

Hi Guys, I would really appreciate it if someone could have a look at these Patches which need Identifying please!

I have no idea what the black velvet covered things are all about either???

The last photo: Those looks like Soviet Army( Armor, engineers, artillery end etc.)collar insignias backing (part). The "big" for soldiers overcoat( SHINYEL),"little" for winter uniform( PSh'a). Best regards,Vitalis
