Colors and pattern is Russian 'interpretation' of Danish M/84 pattern, and I believe I have only ever seen it referred to as Flektar-D or Flecktarn-D.

I think there is Chinese kit being produced in this pattern... but it may be commercial. I have seen it on t-shirts and the canvas "training sneakers" on eBay.
