Help from Philippine members

Do any of our Philippine members know the exact designation of this patch?
It has been identified, wrongly, as a Japanese War Crimes Trial patch in numerous reference books.
The closest we can break it down to is a 2nd Army Judicial / Military Police branch. They were involved in the Manila Japanese War Crimes trials, and they had American Advisors attached to the unit.
