Need Help: ID this Jungle boot Vibram sole

Hello!
I just picked this pair of Jungle Boots, Vibram sole.
At first look, the pair is composed of two different boots. One shows a shorter toe cap, new to me. The fabric looks like canvas to me. There is no sewing in the heel. Also, there is no visible markings, neither sole trademarks, only the size.
Can you ID?

Commercial made jungle boots. Usually out of Hong Kong or Korea. These were authorised for wear in the US Army in the 80's and 90's as private purchase boots. Some saw service in Desert Storm as we only had black issue jungle boots and even those were issued sparsely.
