Yes gary the army had a olive green design/pattern in 90ies like this:
and many years later the dutch army used this style jacket and pattern:
(similar to the marines shirt and UK DPM style camo pattern)Maybe because they did a lot of exercises with the Us and Uk army and navy!?

Hi Marc, thanks for the confirmation, I saw what I believe was a Dutch Marine jacket like your one last year in a surplus shop, I passed on it as I did not know what it was, as I already owned a Dutch DPm version with the zips, I didn't think the Marine one was Dutch

There was also an army version similar the KM DPM shirt with buttons, not zips.
