OK..I will kick this off..I am currently reading LONE SURVIVOR by Marcus Luttrell This is an absolutely FANTASTIC book(and I am only on page 40)...A very eye-opening story...and I will admit that I am PROUD to have fellows like Marcus protecting us & doing the job that so many people are unwilling to do...

I just got done reading "Kill Bin LAden" by Dalton Fury...EXCELLENT read. It is about the initial SF effort inside of Afghanistan. VERY informative!
Also finished up "Six Minutes to Freedom" by Kurt Muse and John GilStrap. This one is about the arrest, incarciration, and ultimate escape of Kurt Muse in Panama. The book drags in parts...but the part about the Delta rescue is great. This is also called Operation Acid Gambit.
Both books are highly recommended!!!!

ok, let's revive this thread.... just finished reading 'Ambush Alley' about the battle of An Nasariyah and I'm now half way through 'The Brad Kasal Story'.
Ambush Alley was a great read, but unfortunately The Brad Kasal Story so far is just average to me. I LOVED 'Lone Survivor' as well as 'Not a good day to die' and 'Roberts Ridge' both about Op Anaconda.
