Carrying over from the CB molle IFAK pouches, here's what was issued and was required to be carried when I was in Afghan 2012, we got two sets of Israelis, CAT's and packing gauze, one was kept on your person and the other in your RBAV with a laminated A6 size 9 liner/MIST format.
We either used the gloves from our 1st Aid lunch box or from the CAP, I saw multiple Israelis bleed through over there so I can't image how token the issued green FFD would hold up.
No specific IFAK pouch was issued.
