    These are the training pants. 70% cotton, 30% Polyester. Made in NZ, but manufacturer not on label. Knee pads are made by Crye Precision. Padded waist band, with Velcro adjusters at ankles and knees. 2 hand and 6 cargo pockets.

    Knee area, with 1 pad left out. Pads are easy to fit and veclcro is sew in to pants to match velcro on pads.

    Finally got to have a good look at the new MCU today.  Found the smock to be quite thin but i guess ill found out in a month or so when i get mine.....Very Happy

    Yeah the operational pants are FR, so use and abuse the trg pants till deployment. Some trades get the FR gear for use already (Armoured Crews, Pet Ops, High Readiness)  Im going to put up the other items as well, Im home sick with a lung infection and there fark all on TV.

    Wife is a early riser, once Im awake Im awake. Ill nana nap later. Had MySky the cricket so I could stuger out on the couch all day but the farking rain has toasted that idea.

    I was suppose to a range shoot at Linton, was looking forward to using some of the other new items with the MVS to see how they interfaced together.

    What time is it there lads?Your last post here Bolty read 19.32.
    BTW Its pissing rain here today as well after two weeks of a heatwave!Crying or Very sad
    Anyway.I like the pants.Pocket design looks good as does the padded waist.I have to say that I am not keen on the velcro ankles and the removable kneepads.Too unmilitary looking IMHO but that's just because I am too used to using twisties.Looks are less important than functionality though.
