German WW2 Anorak? Urgent

Hi!

I found this on an auction site and the auction ends in a day or two.
Seller claims it to be Wehrmacht WW2 and manufactured by 4DGR.
One front button missing and a quarter sized hole in the back.

Is it the Real deal? If not, what is it? Value?

Markings:

I'm sure that isn't Third Reich. Could even be civilian, though it might be early Swedish Army for all I know.

Wehrmacht anoraks are reversible gray/white and have three pockets along the front, not solid white with a single large pocket.

The link above shows the other markings, looks more like Russian or from the Balkans.
The pics above looks like a newer version of it.

The auction ends in 20 hrs, the starting price is 25 USD and no one is bidding ^^

I'm pretty sure that KRAS is a mark found on very old Norwegian post-war items. Or maybe it is Swedish? I can't remember off the top of my head. For sure it isn't German. I wouldn't pay USD 25 for it, as there is very little value in such old items.
