US Magazine pouch, what system does it use?

Hi,
I got this magazine pouch (well, two of them) from Fayetteville yesterday, and I can't figure out what system they use. It has a vertical velcro loop that can be unhooked on the back. The company that made it is "Operation Mission Essential" out of Fort Worth Texas. This company doesn't have a website (or at least google didn't show it). It has two pockets, a front and back, each for one magazine. Can anyone help me ID it? Thanks.

By the way, I opened the loop so you could see.

it is a 2x 30 round AR15/M16 magazine pouch, they were commonly sold in PXs 10+ years ago
and then the brand sort of disappeared. PM me if you want to part with them please.

I think it was designed to be used on LC-2 pistol belt.

I don't see how, the loop couldn't fit onto the pistol belt.

the loop works like Blackhawk's "BTS" system or Eagle's duty belt system. The Operation Mission Essential stuff I have will attach to a pistol belt.....sure you don't want to double your money and sell them to the gearmaker?
