    Hello,
    This was something I found while cleaning up the barracks at Camp Lejeune. It belongs to a Hospitalman 3rd Class (HM3). I don't know whether this corpsman was attached to a unit at the nearby Marine Corps Air Station New River or what, but it is leather on velcro. Neat item nevertheless. Enjoy.
