The former US military facility at Subic Bay in the Philippines,naval station.Maybe the SEA COBRA'S unit?

It was given to me by my aunt more than 20 years ago, her husband was stationed at the former Subic base. I dont have any idea of what unit it is. My aunt died 10 years ago. Thanks for info guys. Mabuhay!

The USNE is US Naval Element, Subic Bay. Not sure what the DPM Reaction Team part means. The cobra was probably the unit logo/macot/emblem. DPM could have something to do with distribution or defense.

Its OPM not DPM.

That make's things a little easier.. It looked like a D to me. Here's a patch I found from Cubi Point.

A plaque like this would have hung in the main office on the wall and unit members were offered a chance to purchase them. I have one from the USS Des Moines, but it is only bronze on wood. Yours is much nicer.
