Mystery snow camouflage

A series of photos of BRD Bundeswehr soldiers on training included a couple of guys in this strange snow camo. The captions stated that some Österreich Bundesheer participated. None in the 10 uploaded pictures showed any clearly Austrian soldiers, but a couple of guys had this camouflage along with special forces type helmets. So the best I can figure is that these are the Austrians mentioned. Anybody seen this before?

Never saw that camo before looks a bit like a hunting camo. Also Austrian Bundesheer has just solid white snow camo as standard issue.
Jagdkommando has for sure what they want. But its interesting.

Seems that at least 3 of the guys in white snow camo are wearing German Desert Fleck under their snow camo suits..

The focal guy seems to be wearing some sort of commercial/hunting camo...
He also sports a Desert Fleck bag ...

The first guy in line is wearing standard German snow camo ( also used by Italian mountain troops { Alpini } ). Perhaps the first guy is the only German portrayed in the photo ???

It is entirely possible. The pictures I have are from a joint German and Austrian Gebirgsjäger competition that is held each year. Many of the guys in the pictures are wearing non-standard equipment and a few pieces are definitely Austrian. Some of the soldiers are wearing German flags on their vests, others are not. It seems that the two forces are mixed together, not separate, which means it's very difficult to see who is who.
