The qualification badge is that of the Expert Field Medical Badge. So, it would be a safe bet he would have been a medic of some sort. Nice badged DS I items are getting more difficult to find around the bases and in the surplus stores. I regret not picking up more 6 color desert uniforms when I had the chance.
