Very nice, but no idea why anybody would stick a BW qualification badge on it. Looks like some DDR pebble buttons put on the front side of the jacket? Looks like a waist gather and elastic wrists were added as well.
If this were mine I'd take off the BW badge and carefully remove the elastic wrist gathers. I might get rid of the waist gather, but might not because it may result in lots of obvious stitch holes. With cloth like this a good soaking in hot water can close up the holes pretty well, but Egyptian uniforms are not very well dyed and so that might not be a wise idea.
