Help ID a Camo Top - Jordan? Yemen?

This top came from a former 5th Special Forces Group guy, however the SF buddy who received it from him wasn't sure of its origin. Soldiers of the 5th SF Group have been busy in the Jordan/Syria theater, so its possible it came from there.

Also, it may have been modified, as the pockets seem somewhat crudely sewn to the upper arms, plus the addition of the black Velcro.

I'd appreciate assistance.
