I have seen them but haven't seen anything in my size. I really want the Buff neck Gaiter in Desert Jigsaw and trousers in 38R more than anything.

I have never seen a neck gaitor. The Belgian pants size you need is L/R, L/L or XL/R.

It is not so difficult if you are travelling in Belgium, but trying to lay hands on stuff on this side of the ocean is tricky, given the high shipping costs, and difficulty of buying things from the various classified listings that are mainly suited for local dealings. I have managed to do it, but I find that most sellers are suspicious of someone contacting them from North America.
