Re: AMCU
If the AMCU material has been repurposed then that is a major change in Defence Department policy. 8 years ago I was talking with a rep from Combat Clothing - she was explaining the fact that they had heaps of DPCU Land 125 F-88 pouches in store but could not sell them as 'the material belongs to the govt', otherwise they could have sold them very easily through their commercial outlets. I have noticed recently other AMCU items on ebay popping up from commercial sources overseas in the form of headwear so its even more confusing as to where the AMCU base material is being produced.

Re: AMCU
The fabric was purchased on ebay inc the webbing and binding sold by the roll as seconds.
The items were made locally in Newcastle.
We only make non official issued items or items not under current uniform contract that the defence units ask us for.
There are a few new non official issue items coming on line in the next few months in AMCU Pattern.
